Office Hours

The office is physically closed due to the move to our new location, but the staff are still teleworking from 8:30am to 4:30pm. If you need assistance, please call (410.396.6909) and leave a message. All voicemails are returned within a business day. 

If you have a request, it must be made in writing. At this time, we ask that all requests be emailed to ecb@baltimorecity.gov or faxed to 410.396.6876.
